Enjoy a wagyu menu that highlights the best of Wagyu beef. The Josper Experience features premium Australian Wagyu like Sher Wagyu Blue Label and David Blackmore Wagyu, along with rare A5 Wagyu from Kobe and Ōmi, Japan.
Choose between a steak or Japanese-style hamburg for your main course. You can also add seasonal truffles to your menu for an elevated experience.
Each dish is cooked over charcoal at 600°F in our Josper grill, bringing out the full flavour of the Wagyu. Expect dishes like mushroom velouté, charcoal-grilled Wagyu, and truffle-infused desserts, all crafted to showcase premium ingredients and refined technique.
