Tucked away from the bustle of the main dining room, Josper is an intimate sanctuary where Wagyu takes center stage — a space dedicated to the pursuit of purity, precision, and flame-kissed perfection.

Here, we invite you on a journey through the world’s most revered Wagyu, from the marble-rich decadence of A5 Kobe, Ōmi and Yamagata Wagyu from Japan, to the deep, buttery character of Sher Wagyu Blue Label and David Blackmore Wagyu from Australia.

Your experience unfolds through a curated procession of small plates, each crafted to showcase the nuances of different Wagyu cuts paired with seasonal ingredients at their peak. At its heart is the Josper grill — a charcoal oven blazing at 600°F, where steak meets flame in a moment of transformation. The result: a perfect sear, a tender center, and the unmistakable flavor that only live-fire cooking can impart.

Every detail of the menu is a reflection of precision, from the delicate balance of textures to the final crescendo of dessert — where the same philosophy of purity and elegance continues through to the last bite.
