Tucked away from the main dining room, the Josper Room is an intimate Wagyu-focused experience celebrating fire and craftsmanship. The menu showcases some of the world’s most prized beef, from A5 Kobe, Ōmi, and Yamagata Wagyu from Japan to Australian standouts including Sher Wagyu Blue Label and David Blackmore Wagyu.
The curated tasting menu explores different Wagyu cuts through seasonal small plates, all finished over a high-heat Josper charcoal grill for exceptional depth of flavour and precision.

At lunchtime, we keep it simple, but never ordinary. Our Hikiniku Lunch takes the familiar and makes it unforgettable: two handcrafted Wagyu hamburgs, made from the same world-class cuts we serve by night (A5 Kobe, A5 Ōmi, A5 Yamagata along with Australian M9+ David Blackmore, and M9+ Sher Wagyu).
Served with steamed rice, house soup, and our signature sauces, every bite is rich, tender, and deeply satisfying .
