At lunchtime, we keep it simple — but never ordinary. Our Hikiniku Lunch takes the familiar and makes it unforgettable: two handcrafted Wagyu hamburgs, made from the same world-class cuts we serve by night — A5 Kobe, A5 Ōmi, A5 Yamagata along with Australian M9+ David Blackmore, and M9+ Sher Wagyu.
Served with steamed rice, house soup, and our signature sauces, every bite is rich, tender, and deeply satisfying — the kind of lunch that lingers in your memory.
